PRIVACY POLICY
I am pleased about your visit to my website. I take the protection of your personal data seriously and comply with the rules of statutory requirements, in particular the data protection laws. The terms used in this statement are to be understood as gender-neutral and include the female and male form respectively.
1. Information on the collection of personal data
1.1. In this privacy policy I inform you about the collection of personal data when using my website. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, such as your name, address or email address.
1.2. Controller pursuant to Art. 4 para. 7 EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is myself, alternative practitioner Marcus Stötzer, 65185 Wiesbaden, Rheinstraße 45, info@naturheilpraxis-stoetzer.de. All information about me can be found in my imprint (create link to imprint).
1.3. To contact me you can send me an email or use the contact form provided on my website. The provision of a valid email address is required in order to be able to answer your enquiry. If you wish, you may use an email address that does not allow conclusions to be drawn about your person. If you write me an email or send a message via the contact form, I will store the data you have provided.
(User note: When using a contact form, it is sometimes argued that consent is required. A clickable checkbox under the contact form can be used to obtain it. The legal basis for data processing for the purpose of contact would in this case be Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. In any case, a notice or link to the privacy policy should be inserted under the contact form.)
1.4. I would like to point out that the transmission of data by email may have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible here. I therefore recommend not transmitting health-related data by email. If you are interested in encrypted email correspondence, please let me know.
1.5. For individual functions of my website I require the cooperation of external service providers. I inform you about the respective processes under point 6 of this statement.
2. Collection and storage of personal data when accessing my website
2.1. If you use my web presence informationally — i.e. merely view it — I collect when called up those personal data that your browser automatically transmits to the server of my website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called logfile. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until automated deletion:
– IP address of the requesting computer,
– date and time of the request or access,
– time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),
– content of the request (specific page),
– name and URL of the retrieved file,
– access status / HTTP status code,
– amount of data transferred in each case,
– website from which the request or access takes place (referrer URL),
– browser used,
– operating system of your computer and its interface, as well as the name of your access provider,
– language and version of the browser software.
2.2. I process the aforementioned data in order to display my website to you and to ensure stability and security. In particular to ensure smooth connection establishment and comfortable use of my website, as well as for evaluation of system security and system stability and for further administrative purposes.
2.3. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above.
3. Transfer of data / data transmission
I transmit your personal data to third parties exclusively for the following purposes:
3.1. – after granting of explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,
3.2. – the transfer is necessary pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
3.3. – if a legal obligation exists for the transfer pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR,
3.4. – if this is legally permissible and necessary pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

4.7. – You also have the right pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by me.
5. Cookies
5.1. In addition to the data mentioned in point 2, when you use my website so-called cookies are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.). These are small text files that are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you are using; through cookies, the entity setting the cookie receives certain information. Cookies serve to make my online offering more user-friendly and effective. I do not receive direct knowledge of your identity through cookies.
5.2. My website uses exclusively session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the session. Through session cookies it can be recognised that you have already visited individual pages of my website. The session cookies are automatically deleted when you leave my page or close your browser. You can also delete the cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser.
5.3. You can also visit my website without cookies. To do this, you must configure your browser settings so that the acceptance of cookies is suppressed. In this case you may not be able to use all functions of my website.
5.4. The data processed by cookies are necessary for the stated purposes to safeguard our legitimate interests and those of third parties pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
5.5. I inform you about cookies set by embedded services (e.g. YouTube) under point 6 of this statement.
6. Further functions and offerings of my website / inclusion of third-party services and content (plug-in providers)
In addition to the purely informational (viewing) use of my website, I offer various services which you can actively use if interested. As a rule, you must provide further personal data for this; these are used to provide the respective service.
7. Objection or revocation of the processing of your data
7.1. Insofar as I process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you can lodge an objection pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR against the processing of your personal data. In this case, please inform me of the reasons — arising from your particular situation — why I should not process your personal data. After examining your objection I will either stop the data processing or present you with my compelling legitimate reasons for continuing the processing.
7.2. You can object at any time without giving reasons to the processing of your personal data for purposes of advertising and/or data analysis. Your right of objection in this respect will be implemented; the giving of reasons is not required for this.
