Long-COVID Begleitung in der Naturheilpraxis Stötzer Wiesbaden

Long COVID: when the symptoms remain

Most people recover fully after a coronavirus infection. In some, symptoms persist for weeks and months, frequently ongoing exhaustion, problems with concentration and word-finding (brain fog), reduced resilience or sleep disturbance. This is referred to as long COVID or post COVID.

How I can support you naturopathically

Important to say first, and honestly: there is no miracle cure for long COVID, and I promise no healing. What I offer is naturopathic support with individual symptoms such as exhaustion and flagging energy, alongside medical care. The aim is to support the body in its recovery.

Possible building blocks

Depending on your symptoms I combine building blocks such as a Micronutrient analysis to identify gaps in supply, targeted infusions or an NAD+ infusion to support energy metabolism. What makes sense we clarify individually, always as support and not as curative treatment.

Course

It begins with a detailed first consultation about your situation and your medical history. On this basis we tailor the support individually. The building blocks are self-pay services; you receive the cost plan in advance and transparently.

Who it is for

For people struggling with persistent symptoms after a coronavirus infection who would like naturopathic support for their body. This support does not replace medical assessment and treatment; it complements them.

Frequently asked questions about long COVID support

Can naturopathy cure long COVID?
No. The support can help the body in its recovery and ease individual symptoms, but it is not a curative treatment and does not replace medical care.

From when does support make sense?
If symptoms such as exhaustion or brain fog persist for weeks and have been medically assessed, naturopathic support can make sense as a complement.

Should I continue my medical treatment?
Absolutely. The support is understood as a complement, not a replacement. Do not change ongoing treatment without consulting your doctor.

A case report from the practice

A patient in her late forties complained of persistent tiredness and exhaustion following an earlier Covid infection. In my practice I checked both micronutrients and pollutants and heavy metals. After replenishing the micronutrient deficits, partly by infusion and partly through targeted supplements, she felt better but was not yet back to her original form. After a renewed check of the detoxification performance of the kidneys and liver, she received a four-stage chelation therapy at monthly intervals over six months, to make detoxification easier for the body. By her own account she now feels considerably better, is almost back to her former condition and is active in sport again. Her laboratory values continue to be checked every six months.

Case examples are not a blueprint for a therapy. Every person is different, and various causes can lie behind any symptom. Illnesses must be assessed by a doctor.
